Jennifer Pelland

Jennifer Pelland lives outside Boston with an Andy and three cats. Her stories have appeared in publications such as Helix, Strange Horizons, Apex Digest, and Electric Velocipede, among others, and her first short story collection Unwelcome Bodies was released by Apex Publications in early 2008. Her story “Captive Girl” was a 2007 Nebula finalist, made the 2007 Gaylatcic Spectrum Awards short list, and will be reprinted in the Nebula Awards Showcase 2009 anthology. She’s a Viable Paradise graduate, a member of the BRAWL writing group, and an advisory board member of Broad Universe.
